What locations will Hourglass Boutique ship to?
We ship to all 50 states in the US as well as US territories, military APO and FPO. We also ship Internationally to a handful of countries around the world. If you do not see your country in our shipping area, you may contact us via email and request that we add your country to our ship list.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are fulfilled from our office in Dublin, California and sent out within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Please supply a daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you.
Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 days for domestic orders and 7-14 for International orders.
Delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen weather related circumstances.
FREE Shipping on Orders $75+
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping for Domestic orders of $75+.
Once your order has left our office and is scanned by USPS or UPS, Hourglass Boutique is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered or damaged packages. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping address upon ordering. We cannot ship to an alternate address once an order has been placed.
If you believe your shipment has been stolen or misdelivered, please contact your local post office or UPS. In addition, please make sure to check with neighbors as sometimes packages may end up at the wrong address.
Can I expedite shipping?
We offer expedited shipping options based on your location. If you have a special occasion and require rush shipping, please contact us as soon as possible to confirm we can ship in time. Buyer is responsible for any additional rushed shipment fees.

Import & VAT Taxes for International Orders
Hourglass Boutique is not responsible for VAT charges incurred or Import Taxes for international deliveries that are imposed by Buyer’s country and border patrol. We do not charge for these taxes and have no control over this.
How to track my order?
Orders are primarily shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and tracking information will be emailed to the Buyer once your shipment has gone out. We also offer UPS shipping options, and tracking information is emailed upon fulfillment and shipping of your package.
My order says it's been delivered but I can't find it!
Please note that once a package has been picked up and scanned by the USPS (or UPS) we are no longer in control of the item. Therefore, we only have as much information as the tracking number provides. We suggest checking with your local post office and providing them with your tracking number to open a case. In the event of a mis-delivery or stolen package, you must contact your post office and file a claim.
Can I change my order?
If there has been an error in your order placement, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email.
