• How can I pay for my order?
Transactions can be made online through our website via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Paypal.
• What size should I order?
Measurements for a particular style can be provided. Just send us an email referencing the item.
• How quickly will my Hourglass Boutique order be shipped?
We send out all orders within 48 hours of receipt. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Please supply a daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you. Once your order has been processed, we will email you the tracking number for your shipment.
• Delivery Options:
Standard shipping is provided through USPS Priority Mail. Standard ship times are between 2-3 days. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.
• What happens if I need to return something?
We hope that you will love your new Hourglass Boutique purchase, however you may return or exchange regular-priced items ordered through our website within 14 days of the original shipping date.
